For birthdays
The disposable camera app for birthdays
In short: make one camera for the party and share its link or QR code. Everyone takes photos from their own phone's browser, with no app and no account; each photo develops for an hour, then appears in one shared album. A camera is free for up to 88 photos, which covers most birthday dinners and parties, and it's $8.88 CAD once for unlimited photos.
How it works
- Create a camera and call it something like "Mia's 30th".
- Share it: send the link in the group chat, or show the QR code when people arrive.
- Everyone shoots. Nobody sees their photos straight away, so the night isn't spent reviewing shots.
- Next morning, the album is full: every photo from every guest, in one place.
Free, or upgrade?
- Free: up to 88 photos from any number of guests, a QR code, and a shared album where guests see their own photos and part of everyone else's. Enough for a dinner or a small party.
- Crew, $8.88 CAD once: unlimited photos, and everyone sees every photo. Good for a big party.
- Event, $39 CAD once: adds a printable QR poster, a live slideshow on the TV, a password and a zip of every photo. For milestone birthdays with a venue.
No subscription and no charge per guest.
The part people like
- The surprise. Photos develop like film, so the album the next day feels like picking up prints.
- The film look. Every photo gets a film-style colour grade.
- Memory Reels. Turn the best photos into a short video, with no watermark, for the birthday post.
