Dispo88 allows users to create shareable disposable cameras and take pictures using their smartphones. The photos taken are added to a shared album accessible by those with the appropriate access.

You are solely responsible for any photos you take, upload, or share through Dispo88. We do not monitor, control, or endorse any content created by users. You agree that Dispo88 is not liable for any photos uploaded to our platform.

4. Prohibited Content

Violate any laws or regulations.
Contain illegal, explicit, or offensive material.
Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or personal data.

5. Data and Content Disclaimer

Due to potential technical limitations or unforeseen issues, data, including photos, may be deleted, lost, or become inaccessible at any time. We do not guarantee the storage, retention, or availability of any content. Users should not rely on Dispo88 for permanent storage of their photos. Data may be processed or stored in Canada or other jurisdictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispo88 and its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Dispo88 after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. User Consent and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dispo88. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 13 years old, you may not use Dispo88 and your account will be terminated if discovered.

Any content created or uploaded by users (such as photos, videos, etc.) remains the property of the user. However, by uploading content to Dispo88, you grant Dispo88 a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

By using Dispo88, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

11. Account Access Termination

Dispo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use or involvement in illegal activities. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the "My Account" page. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it will be permanently deleted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispo88, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, demands, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Use.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of Dispo88 shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The location of the arbitration shall be Quebec, Canada, and the proceedings may be conducted in either English or French, at the user's discretion. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Force Majeure

Dispo88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Use if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Dispo88 may include links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You are encouraged to review the terms of service of any third-party services you use in connection with Dispo88.

16. Premium Subscription

Premium subscription, including lifetime Premium, is offered as long as Dispo88 continues to operate. If Dispo88 ceases operations, lifetime Premium benefits will end without compensation. Dispo88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Premium subscription at any time. No refunds will be given for any type of Premium subscription, whether lifetime or subscription-based, but this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Prices exclude applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. 17. Modifications to Premium Subscription

After the first 100 users have subscribed to Lifetime Premium, the price may increase to 20 CAD. Dispo88 reserves the right to adjust or improve Premium subscription features at any time.

18. Accessibility

We strive to make Dispo88 accessible to all users in compliance with applicable accessibility laws.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
