Every bachelor party has the same photo situation: a couple of guys take a ton of pictures, most take none, and a week later the groom has seen almost nothing. The best moments are on someone's phone, somewhere.
Give the whole group one camera instead.
How it works
The best man (or whoever's organizing) creates a Dispo88 camera and drops the link in the group chat. Everyone opens it on their phone and shoots from there. No app, no account. Every photo goes into one album.
Photos develop for an hour before they show up, so nobody's stopping the night to review shots. You take the picture and keep going.
Good for a full weekend
Bachelor parties are often a whole trip: golf, a lake house, a city weekend. The same camera works for all of it. Friday night, Saturday's activity, Sunday's recovery brunch, all in one album, in order.
For a group trip, upgrade the camera to Crew ($8.88 CAD, one time). You get unlimited photos (a weekend blows past 88 fast), and every guy can browse every photo from the weekend afterwards. Pricing details
Shots worth getting
- Arrival. Everyone at the airport or piling out of the car.
- The activity. Golf swings, the boat, the paintball welts.
- The groom. Candids, not just posed shots.
- Dinner. The one meal where everyone's together and still presentable.
- The speeches, if your group does those.
- The morning after. Within reason.
A note on the group chat
A shared album also means the photos aren't scattered across everyone's camera rolls and the group chat. It's one link, and if the owner turns album sharing off, guests only see the photos they took themselves. As the camera's owner, you can also delete photos from the album.
After the weekend
Make a Memory Reel for the groom: a short vertical video of the best shots, made right in your browser, no watermark. It also makes a solid addition to a wedding speech slideshow.
